At West Maui Art, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please carefully review our return policy to understand the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the defect or damage and your order number.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong size/color.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at westmauiart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the item, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product received, please follow the same steps as initiating a return. We will send a replacement once the return is processed.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as our print-on-demand process begins shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
